Amazon did my refund on[protected], whose transaction is[protected]. Which was to reach my account on[protected] but the flows did not come into my account, then i had contacted amazon, so they said that we have given you money in the bank, you can contact the toll free number of the bank. I contacted the punjab national bank toll free and they said that we do not have any information about it, then i spoke to the charge dispute file. Song refused

I got a call today from[protected]. the person calling said that he is calling from RBI. He further informed that my ATM card will be blocked and I should answer a few questions. I inform him to block my ATM card as I know this is the fraudulent call. can RBI take some action on this mobile no mentioned?
