Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — refunded amount from amazon not credited to my axis bank account

Dear Sir,

I have the honor to inform you that i have made an transaction through my axis bank debit card in amazon.in website. As my order auto cancelled so the refund of Rs-950.00/- had been initiated from amazon site on 14 th of January, as already 18 days have passed i did not receive that refund in my axis bank account .Regarding this fact also i inquired in axis bank with the provided refund reference no. from, It remained fruitless.

Hence i request you sir kindly take the needful steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible with reflecting that refund amount in my back account.
