Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — refusal of 1 rupee coin by people like shopkeeper

There is a widespread rumor that the banks in india no more accept the 1 rupee coins as a result no people in delhi accept the 1 rupee coins. Now i have like a bag of it and i can't even deposit them in bank since i'm away from my hometown. It has become hard to deal with it.
Please print a formal letter to the public in newspaper, tv etc. So that this rumor comes to an end.

I have received call today 11/01/2019 at 12:18 pm from the telephone no [protected] seeking my ATM cards details. The language of that man was Bangali of type. Please try to catch that person

I went to tamilnadu mercantile bank, and state bank of india thiruthangal branch on 24/12/2018 but this bank are not accepted 10 rupees coin please help me sir
