Sir. I am a sr. Citizen operating a/c in sbi for a very long time. For last 4 to 5 years i am finding difficulty in getting clearance of my claque s when ever issues to other banks, stating with a remark"drawers signature differs".
In view of the safety, i to will accept. But in the same time the clearance bank agency to keep in mind and observe whether if it is issued to third party, and any variation noticed it can be rejected but in my case it differs,. As i am issuing only to my account of other bank for collection where they will take responsibility of payment. Because of resection in clearance i am facing a great difficulty in going to home branch, withdraw, proceeding to other bank and deposit is a very hues process besides wastage of stationery.
