Re sir,
My father mr popatlal nanjibhai patel had a ppf account in state bank of india, treasury branch, solapur since 1998. The account no: 01p[protected]New account no:[protected]) bank issued a new passbook dated 05/04/2010. There was a nominee mentioned in old passbook whereas in new passbook there is nothing mentioned about nominee.
My father passed away on 26/12/2019. Today i had visited in the bank with the passbook and death certificate. I was said there is no nominee in the passbook so i visited again with the old passbook. I visited 4 times in a day for the same thing and was already there for 3 hours since morning just for the sake of claimant form which got wasted. I met branch manager as well (Mr randhir kumar singh).
When i requested for the claimant form i was asked to come in the evening by 6 pm or else tomorrow morning.
The passbook is to be updated by the bank and according to me its their duty.
The above account matured on 31.3.2019 and we had given a application on april 2019 to extend for 5 years this account. It is also mentioned in the passbook.
We are already not in a mental state and we are been harrassed alot by the staff and manager.
Please take some action regarding this issue.

Dear sir/madam
Today i had visited on patanjali showroom in ludhiana and they had written instruction that dr card will b charge with 2% extra swaping charges
But they denied and after my argument they said machine is not in working and i said show me but they denied to swap the card and i returned without any product

Sir, I was govt. employee & I was retired in 2015. I belongs to jabalpur (M.P.). My account no is [protected].. My arrears amount credited to unknown account no. [protected] in telta branch which is my out of state by official mistakes...I request you to refund my arrears amount in my account...I tried for it last 4 months...
