This was the mail sent to both sbi and bharat qr but no response
I have mentioned my bank account from where 02 transactions were debited but not reimbursed even after the mail and a call to both parties. — forwarded message —

The transaction done was from sbi anywhere mobile app.

I had done three transactions on 30 jan 19 at bharat qr to recharge my tata sky id out of which two transactions failed.
The amount was 735 twice total, 1470/- only.
The transaction ids are as follows
Qr 903014a00001,[protected] ₹735/-
Qr 903014a00002,[protected] ₹735/-
Neither has the amount been credited back to my account nor has it been remitted to that tat sky id.
I would request you to look into the matter as more than a month has passed by and credit the total into my account.
