Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — transfer of fund

Sir I would like to know authenticity of the following email id
[protected]@secretary.com
I received an email regarding transfer of my fund from RBI to IdbI bank Guwahati Assam in third week of August 2018. This fund was deposited by my friend Mr Mark Dawson who was from Chelsea, London, U.K.
I will be grateful if you please take this matter at your end and let me know about this email id is true or false as soon as possible since they are still asking cash to transfer the fund.

I got a call from the number [protected] regarding ATM card. The person who talked to me was a male and was speaking Hindi. The person asked me for my atm card details, if I want to continue with the ATM card. When I asked which bank is he calling from he said SBI. When I asked who gave my number to him, he disconnected the call.
