Dear rbi

I am registered user of paytm wallet, mobile number being [protected]. Yesterday, two unauthorised transactions took place in my paytm wallet account amounting to rs. 10000/- and 2800/-.

Immediately the same was reported to the paytm customer care team. It was repeatedly requested to block the paytm account of the fraudster but the team denied saying that they would investigate and get back within 48 hours.

Further it was noted that the numerous complaints have already been filed against the same person but paytm has done nothing to block his account or transactions.

More surprisingly, the person had exact information about the exact money in my wallet.

Request you to please intervene and get the issue resolved.
