In several ATMs in the city of Mangalore there is an ongoing problem of printing receipt after transaction even when the customer requests the receipt not to be printed. This is repeatedly happening in several ATMs and even after complaining to the banks, they refuse to take any action. The floors of these ATMs are always covered in receipts and it is ignored by the responsible branches. Today we are asked to reduce paper usage and usher-in era of digital India while at the same time we have to walk on layers o[censored]nnecessarily printer, unrequested ATM transaction receipt when we enter an ATM booth.
I have tried to raise a request on multiple email addresses Corp bank has provided on their website but the emails bounce back and fail to reach their destinations.
I have also called the helpline number on the corp bank website and it provides a set of queries for me to choose, none of have ATM complaints on them. Then it asks me to hold on to speak to a representative, and after 20 mins of waiting it disconnects the call on its own.

The issues also exists in corp bank, NRI Branch, Valencia ATM, Corp bank MV Shetty ATM Kavoor. These are only the ones I have noticed.
