Dear Sir/maim mai present time jobless tha isliye mai job search kr rha tha meri profile id shine. Com pr bani thi wahi se resume filling ne mera number nikalkr hme call kiya ek maidam ne boli aap job search kr rhe ho apke pass laptop hai humne bola ha mera adhar card pan card e-mail id lekar 5 min me meri id bna di. Kuch instructions bhi the mai samjh bhi na paya ki kya hai mere naam ke 3 word likhne ko boli likh diye. Maine jab laptop on kiya to o kharaab tha maine turant unko pic lekar send ki to maim boli sahi karke start karna. 1 week ke bad mere pass msg aaya. Apko penalty pay karna hai something 8000 rs. Maine call kiya to dhamki dene lage ki apne agreement sig kiya. Legal notice bheja hme kai baar change number karke kai call aa rhi hme. Legal notice ke msg bhi aaye mentally disturb kr diya hai sir hme. Aaj phir msg aaya. Koi number nhi tha sender me QP-Court likha tha...THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR CASE HAS BEEN REGISTERED IN SESSION COURT OF SURAT (GUJARAT) YOUR HEARING DATE IS[protected] NOVEMBER 2020. YOUR REPORTING TIME IS 11:35 AM AT ROOM NUMBER 602 B/O (SURAT COURT) CALL FOR MORE DETAILS +[protected] ye msg hai sir.. Sir please help me avoid msg and call i m Very disturb .

As I have gone through review I came to know one thing that 3-4 companies they are having different domain but their way of talking, work and frauding is same.. there is one more similarity when they say you have your case date mostly every time they are asking to come on surat court room no. 302 and timing also same 11.35 am.. looks like they hired one room of court and cheating ppl... So don't worry let them do whatever they are doing. Just block and don't think much or revert them...
They are totay fraud.. I complained about them in Human Rights department. They are sending them legal notice. They even talked to guy who was telling me about work n sending pay msg, he was not giving the right adress also to mention them a letter by human rights... We all together fight don't pay single penny.. connect with me i[censored] all also want to file complaint against them..

Hi, the same happened to me an hour back. I thought it's a genuine company since they were providing all the documents but then I stumbled upon all this reviews about fraud. I called the guy up and told him upfront that, this is what I came across and what I could do about this, since i just joined an hour back. He told me that he's going to send me a legal notice. Which was of course shocking and unbelievable to me because he literally threatened me after an hour of joining. Which more shows that's these people are fraud. I would like to take major action against fraud.
Luckily, I have recorded our last phone call and also his name: pratham. PH no: 9898950188.
Can you please advice me on how to deal with this issue. Should I work for 7 days, but again everyone in this platform is saying that even if I work, they will show below 90% accuracy and ask me for charges...
So, can you please guide me as to what to do?

Same thing is happening with me.
They sent me this msg through a name "QP-LEGALD"
Your legal case is going for legal proceedings. Kindly hire a lawyer and go for further process. We at resume search are going with legal proceedings under section 73, 74, 75, in the indian contract act, 1872. Due to violating the contract.

Kuch nhi bigad skte.. just chill... And best way is to just ignore them... And Qp and all are just computer generated email... Don't bother... Life me aage bdho... They are just fake fraud ###...my best way what I did is ignored them completely, even if they call from unknown number I just listen first from wer they are and keep the call, did same for 2 months, and blocked them in whatsapp... Hence the result is after 2 months they never ever called me.. since Jan 2021

Same thing happened with me now. So I am searching of this solution, now I'm here. They do calls and messages. Please help me. Someone know how to stop these people then please help.

yaar same thing happen to me today blki maine tho kaam bhi kiya ache se bola lapptop freeze ho gya tha. maine law kri h maine apne lawyer ko call kiya they said kuch mt kro this is fraud, because aisa nhi hota h or itni amount ke liye compensation ka time hota. bs yeh btao kisi ki and all tho block nhi hui. please reply guys like maine dekha h you please are doing in april now its august please reply. anyone

Same thing happened to me too..but I paid them after taking debt from one of my friend..I am a student I don't even have money and now I am in a debt. Is there any way to take back money..or complain against them ?

hey don't worry you can mail me if you have any query believe if you gave them u r fool, but i understand since u r a student they give me a same threat, i didn't pick the call or block them directly. believe me they won't do anything. since you have given them money so may be they try to threaten you with differnet number or message you. believe me these messages are fraud and they will not do anyrthing I am a lawyer as well i know every details. still you feel anything contact me on my mail [email protected]

complain would take long way since you don't have copy or any thing you will not been able to do anything. even if you complaint against them nothing will gonna happen just learn lesson and move on.
