The retail shops in the city charge extra money over the mrp for cold products viz milk, and cold drinks. they charge inr 2 more than the mrp for every pack of milk (200ml, 500ml and 1l) and upto inr 5 on cold drinks' 1litre bottles. these charges are levied under the name of cooling charges. these don't bargain about it and wouldn't sell it on mrp.
