Hi team.. I made a booking through revv car..firstly I was asked to enter the DL details. Which I did.. And was asked to keep the original documentary wit me.
. The car owner called me at 10.30 in the night while my booking was at 6 at morning the next day.. I went to meet the owner in spite of the time post which I was made aware that the dl has to be a year old. No where In the website ita mentioned that the dl has to be a year old.. Whilst the govt has issued an id how does any private organization hAve authority to override the same. And accept the payment without any checks.. It's cheating the customer with their tricks to take the money and the customer executive was extremely rude.. Saying he will cancel the bookinf and ensure we pay the money..
