May I request your kind attention?
I have booked Ridaex ARYA 1 - 55 Inch - 4K UHD Android QLED TV - BASIC on 3 Dec 2020. But it hasn't been delivered yet even after continuous follow-ups.
It seems They have blocked my Mobile number also, That's why after several attempts to contact their Customer Care: [protected], I couldn't connect, neither they are replying to my mails.
Hence, I wrote to Ridaex and Ridaex CEO Naveen Srinivas over Twitter about my experience, But they chose to block me on Twitter.
Till now, I haven't received the service for the transaction.
Following are the details:

Transaction Date: 3rd Dec, 2020
Transaction Amount: ₹49, 999.00

Money has been debited from my account and I have not received the services or refund till now.

Not sure how to get back money or product from these fraudulent company. Because of these kind of companies we cannot encourage Make in India products
