Ridaex information systems and services-this dubious company operates and sells their tvs through one got matter online shopping. I had paid rs 32999 to this gm online shopping website (Gotmatter.com, [protected]@gmail.com) in 29/11/18 for buying ridaex nuke 43 inch 4k android 7.1 smart tv.
Since then, they have neither delivered the product nor they refund the money. The order i'd of the purchase is gmo-8b29305n29352192 and the payment was done through instamojo payment gateway. I had registered a case with instamojo in this regard (Case id-c[protected], but apart from giving false assurances they didn't support for this.
