I had ordered a tv on 16-10-18 by online from ridaex online services and systems opc private limited. After one month delivered tv on 21-11-18. When his technician open the box we got that tv is defective. Then i requested to company please change my tv but after lots of time like 3 months my tv was not replacing. Company behave is very poor and lots of company not received my call this is fraud company i have already send a written complain to company but nobody receiveing my complain.
