In order to get something from some one or to declare extortion,
the person must put his efforts in basic education.
This is to state cleraly
1. when and where the events happened,
2. what happened,
3. who was envolved (physiscal person or the company),
4. what was the result (extorion),
5. to experss the claim in fugures or in the other action, expected.
6. to add all written evidences, which you own (all bookings and receipts ).
No one has a duty to reply on unidentified complaintant.
