I have recently contacted right choice migration based in delhi janakpuri west delhi few month ago and enquired about australian pr.
I have been assured that they will assist me in this case and there fees is 75k.
After discussion with them i have paid them the amount of 58000\ and they have released the checklist of documents to be submitted.
I have shared the list of all documents after that they came back to me and said you don't have this so and so document and when i have arranged the document they said that there fees has increased and its 150000/ when i refused to pay such a huge amount and asked for the refund they said they cannot refund the amount as i have changed my mind.
I have told them in the middle of process if you double the amount of fees who will proceed with you guys.
They were adamant and said do whatever you want we will not refund the amount.
Guys please be aware its a complete fraud immigration consultant and they are cheating people on the name of immigration.

The management at Right Choice denies all your allegations & would ask you to refrain from this mudslinging for the below reasons. We are a professional outfit & are bound by the privacy of our clients, hence we will not discuss your personal details in public, however would just like to remind you of the below:
* That you commenced dealing with us for your Australian Immigration needs at the beginning of this year.
* That you paid a part of our professional fees (at that time) for us to begin working for you.
* That you had many hours of consultation both in India (Janakpuri Office) as well as Australia, over the phone.
* That you then changed your mind after securing all relevant information from us on how to proceed for lodgement.
* That even after all those conversations that we held with you, with deduction of a meagre amount towards Administrative charges, which was agreed with you & an amount that you were thankful to receive as a refund; a refund was made to you & acknowledged by you. The reasons that you quoted to us to secure a refund cannot be discussed in this forum as we believe they were your personal & private reasons.
* That you approached us again just after mid-year, this year & wanted us to take up your matter again.
* That you were informed of the increase in professional fees & charges at the time you first spoke to us.
* That you then negotiated with us & we gave you a huge discount on our current fees, considering it had been more than 6 months that you were dealing with us & on humanitarian grounds, as portrayed by you.
* That the new professional fee agreed, was in the close vicinity of the fees that was proposed at the beginning of the year, the first time you dealt with us.
* That you once again started having consultations with the Delhi office, which were entertained without you paying any of the professional fees & charges.
* That you once again changed your mind & started harassing the female staff at the Delhi office, for which we had to ultimately & unfortunately resort to a Police Complaint.
* That the timing of your complaint that you have put up here, coincides with the timing of Police Complaint made by us.
Mr Yadav, we also bring it to your attention that we have taken up this matter with our legal team who are working currently on the possibility of all legal actions against this & previous demeanour that you have chosen to adapt. This would also include the possibility of filing of defamation law suit for the disrepute that you are trying to inflict upon us through these false & baseless claims on public platforms.
