Hi, sir I am unable to book the freedom 251 phone, payment is not excepting, so kindly notify me that you will take payment at the time of delivery only or we have to pay first .

Trying since morning but of no use.
1. No link for logging / signing up to track the order later
2. No redirecting to payment page after feeding all details required
3. Customer care number gets disconnected as soon you try to contact them (All three numbers)

The Freedom 251 handset that was launched yesterday for ₹251 sounds too good to be true. If you have visited the freedom251.com website, you will notice that the buy link is active. The whole process looks too distrustful.


First of all the whole thing is very unprofessionally managed. Their site is slow, crashing most of the time, you will get a page to enter basic info after you hit the buy link button, try entering some fake info and see – it will load the CCavenue.com website to process the payment, even that will crash most of the time. They used CCavenue, cause I guess that requires zero setup fee.

So if a company is going the unprofessional way and not spending money initially, it is highly unlikely that they will be able to provide the units within 4 months. Another thing that adds to suspicion is the hands-on units that users got to experience at the event, it had whitener covering the Adcom logo on the front (top). The company is not at all prepared at the initial stage, how will they handle this huge traffic and the delivery?

I would suggest not to buy, or even enter your data there, wait and watch. It also looks like either Defense Minister skipped the launch event or that was just a hype created for publicity.

I booked freedom 251 but I have not received any confirmation mail...

Cant able to order phone . I am.trying it from 6:00 am but its 8:53am still order is not complete. After clicking on pay now option its reloaded the detail filling page.
I am.so frustated now.
Why making us fool. Wasting our valuable time

We have been trying to place order, but it is putting us back to the same address info screen, or else throwing an error message or a blank page. Really it is very frustrating.

We are trying placing the order.
But its loading to the same adress filling page. Its very annoying. I have made complaint. Still now there is no response from your side.
Why do you guys waste our precious time...

Yes, As most of them did. Even we are trying to place an order in the site. But its returns the same address page. Its now almost 5hrs. Still the site performance is same. Really wasting our time and energy. First impression itself is bad. Not sure. How this company will keep their promises going forward.

I had booked smart 101 vide order no. Rb[protected] dated 12 feb 16.Till noe they have not given my tracking number, even after sending email and their customer care also not responding
