We have instructed PayUmoney to initiate the refund with immediate effect to the respective banks, which shall then be reflected in Customers account by Monday as advised by PayUmoney. We will also keep track of the same at our end to ensure refunds.

I have ordered smart 101 and paid online through debit card on[protected] but during the transactions processing the error occurred so i entered the credentials of my card again and done the payment. But when i checked my account statement the payment was made twice of rs 2999/-, and i received only one confirmation from the company for order placed and payment completed. I have sent an e mail to the company regarding the refund of excess amount but no reply have been received yet. The customer care numbers are not working.

Sir, I have ordered the smart 2 mobile phone smart 101 of make ringing bell my order no RB[protected] amount 5998 Rs. on 9 feb till date 24 feb 2016 no response for further delivery status is giving by the company, no phone is not working & no information is providing by the company i think this is fake company & when delivery will be done by the company.This is a wrong message for title "Make in India"for the Modi Ji . Please see it seriously with, Thanks.
