My name avijit mukhi, i am from asansol west bengal. My contact number [protected]. Sir a company named rio technology thei one employee message in whatsapp and offered me a data entry job and registering in 300 rs in with my documents and they made a agreement on a non judicial stamp of my name and second party and their own as second party then. They sent me user and they assigned me me 120 pages for data entry work for 12 days but when i started work then i seen & releasing this not a part time basis job. Then same day i call the person & say, "mam this is not a part time basis job its too heavy."she told me "i[censored] quit the job u pay 10000 rupees for break the agreement," after 12 day a advocate first text mags me & call me, he say " a case resisted for me for break a contact. Without any intemeation RIO Technology Aurangabad make agreement for 11 month
and now forced to pay 22000/- for cancelation of agreement and anothe 30500/- for withdraw the legal case..
i already paid them Rs - 10000/- (Due to scare of legal Procedure)
