Dear Complaint Board Team,
This is soniya.
Here I like to point out about Risika fraudulence.
Many fraudulence are happening in Data entry jobs.
But in Risika, I paid 3000 and took the excel data entry project which is the timeline of 7 days for 4000 rows.
I submitted my project 3509 rows within the timeline .
As per agreement they mentioned 7 days for project submission and 7 days for report release .20 errors only allowed for accuracy level .they told will pay 10 rupees for each record..
But Risika took almost 16 days to release the project.
I waited and got the report Finally with 23 errors and they mentioned as my project got terminated due to more errors as mentioned in agreement.
But the wonderful thing is..
They gave the offline data entry job.they installed the software in my own laptop with login credentials.
In that software, they kept two options daily backup and final backup.
I know all these people will fraud so by caution I took the video of the data before final backup and after final backup.
All please read this point carefully,
After I got the report, I was comparing my data with errors which I took the video.
How cleverly they doing fraud means,
My data which I took before final backup was 100 percentage accuracy and data after final backup is with same error they was showing in the report..I was totally shocked how technically they doing fraud with the software itself..
What I noticed is that While clicking final backup they are running some package inside the software and update some random numbers.
They doing pakka Data manipulation I understand. how smartly they doing data Manipulation.
So whatever we worked day and night all will be waste infront of them.
Anyway they creating more than 20 errors in each project and terminating us.
It's 100 Percentage benefits for the company.they getting work from us showing error and terminating us and getting huge amount from client and enjoying with our money.
I reported this to the technical team and I waited for 2 days also .there is no response from the company and they are not attending my calls also.
They are pakka fraud.
Please don't believe any job posting by the Risika employees Ayat Noor, Malik Khan, Riya etc.
So I request complaint board should take necessary action on that company and should cancel their license as well.
They should pay my work amount 35090 rupees ..pls help me to get my amount.
Hereafter no one should not cheat by them in future.
I am mentioning company website, company details and attachment for the proof before backup and after backup data with serial no wise.
