A German multinational has been appointed to supply machinery worth 12crore rupees to a Joint venture firm in West Bengal.
The machinery has been found faulty by employees. But RITES high official is threatening to terminate them if the machines are not cleared by giving "prove out test certificate " because this certificate is preventing the full payment to the German multinational.
Employees have been threatened, abused and insulted infront of junior staff for pointing out the faulty working of machinery.
The machinery is related to wagons for Indian Railways and will cause safety issues if manufactured like this.
