Ritual Holidays — Worst package with no information

Bad room, they said villa, but i received normal room with non AC
Kunal sir said villa, Vijay sir said Standard AC room, i got non ac room, this is very bakwas holiday package
They are not listening my words...

Ritual Holidays — Northeast trip in May 2021

Address: Chennai

Iam Mohan from chennai and I have booked a northeast trip with my family this May 28th 2021.Mr Anshul, TripAdvisor and Madan Mohan were coordinating on the behalf of Ritual holidays.

Iam yet to receive any kind of receipt for the money paid as advance (over a lakh of ruppees)from the company.In this pandemic set up Iam yet to get any confirmation of the trip from your team especially in the background of lockdown in many parts...
