I placed an order with ritukumar.com India via cc avenue the payment gateway.. I got a payment failed notice.
The next day I used razor pay and The payment was successful. I got order confirmation from ritukumar.com.
My order was delivered to Shoppre, a package forward company, Banglore india in two packages seprately.
I few days later shoppre informed me there is another package from ritukumar. I was alarmed and I checked my account and there was a duplicate order for the same items. I emailed Ritukumar and they said they will take care of it and have the package picked up and issue a refund. The package was picked up and two day later they informed me thst the leggings and dupatta is missing from the package.Hmm something fishy here because this item didi not come with the dupatta and leggings instead a plazzo.I wrote an email explaining this but they insisted, these two items were missing and that I should provide these.
A second package was delivered to shoppre and i requested Ritukumar to pickup this package and issue me a refund because i did not place this order.
they kept on making excuses, I called them but they were not taking my calls. After an emal they picked up the second package and said that this is also incomplete. They are making excuses and today I got an email stating that the packages shall be sent back to the delivery address and no refund shall be issued.
