I have purchased land from RMK projects and its been 15 mths and they havent yet got my entire promised land registered. They are very good at making promises till you pay them money. Once you have paid money they are very good at not fulfilling their promises.Mr.Madhu kumar is a very smooth talker and can trick anybody.I have been following up persistently but they manage to give some story or the other to procrastinate.
