This is to bring your notice that on 5th of december 2017 we (10 candidates) visited rmr immigration chandigarh. For overseas job.

Based on telephonic communication with rmr immigration agents (Mr. Bhavya sharma, contact no. [protected] and mr akshay sharma, contact no. [protected], [protected]) we started our overseas job process on 6th dec 2017.

As instructed and guided by rmr we had gone through the medical test with payment of 8000 inr for each candidate in (Delhi diagnostic center mohali), post medical test, we were gone through signing off offer letter, salary breakups, consultancy charges, etc. After that the visa payment has been paid, the sum of 27500 inr to rmr immigration and at last original passport copies of each one us has been taken by rmr immigration, saying that the original passports will be sent back in respective addresses of the candidates.

After all the processes they given us the deadline of 45 to 60 days to receive the visa for canada, however till now we have not receive anything. Moreover when we call them to enquire about the same to rmr filling dept every time they said the same thing (The file has been sent to canada, you will receive a call very soon). Its been two months we are keep on following up with rmr however on every call they end up the call saying the same story "the file has been sent to canada, you will receive a call very soon".

And whenever we check for our direct point of contact (Mr. Bhavya and akshay), with whom we had spoken in rmr office, sometime they said they left the job, sometime they said they moved to new zealand and sometime to canada.

Inspite of numerous follow up calls, rmr is not taking this on priority.

This is somehow a big mistake happened from our end unknowingly that we had not checked about this consultancy before investing our money and valuable time.

This is just an email on behalf of ten peoples who had lost their money unknowingly but just imagine how many more would be there? There might be dozens of cases of possible wrongdoing by these kind of fake agencies to the innocent people every day.

Can't we take some necessary steps to stop these kind of corruptions.

I request you to intervene on this as soon as possible and take necessary action.
