Rmx Joss Fashion Pvt Ltd — Toll Plaza Extra Rupee Deduct from Fast tag

Dear Concern,
No one hearing my problem, thats why i want help from your site.
When i pay cash at toll plaza that amount is 45 but while i pay from my fast tag app then my money will deduct 70 rupees by "e toll by icici bank" app.
I complain to that bank and toll plaza and NHAI.
No one can help me, why it will deduct the difference amount.

Please check from your end and tell me why it is happen.Here I give you the detail below and also attach the message copy for your reference.
