My name is Pradip Mandal, wanted to start a network business through RNFI. I had been paid of Rs 10000/- for sign up/ setup / on-boarding purpose, AEPS ID cost will be applicable as per my demand quantity. It was going well, but after some time they have stoped the service and was showing different type of issues. The company had a term to give technical support till last but now they are not providing that. Even they are demanding new type of charge like security money which was not cleared before agreement and all.
If they are not able to provide service as per previous communication, please arrange the final settlement by refunding the whole amount along with compensation till date I have done. Thank you.
