We had issue with the aquaguard motor so we called ro services[royal services - aqua rs] to look after the issue. The guy came after 2 days
And took plenty of time to repair the motor. Next day when we switch on our aqua machine,
Suddenly our aqua pipe started leaking and had to call the same guy for the service. We gave him 3k for this service. He kept on saying i am on the way and didnt come for the next 6 days.
We called his manager for further help and he gave assurance to us saying he will escalate to senior management and will help us with another service person.
Next day his phone was switched off, we kept on calling him but he ignored all calls and no response was received for another 3 days. This was getting now no my nerve.
So i decided to logged a complaint aganst ro services as they cheated with 3k and not willing to provide any service further. Was this information helpful? |
