I am travelling from moradabad to meerut with my family on 20th september 2015 By 7:00 am bus. I have a brother who is not 12yrs complete and the conductor gave us a full ticket of him even after telling him to give the half ticket. We showed him Various proofs along with the norms of the upsrtc but he was not ready to listen. Then he talked to his senior executive but he was also not agreeing. Then when we tood him to write on the back of the ticket that he gave a full ticket to a kid less than 12yrs old then he and his executive got scared and returned half the money.
