Hello my name is ashish sahu, i am from lucknow, india
My complaint is against robobull company,
This company sell the mobile covers, mobile skini, top brand mobile accessories, etc
I recently buy a product (Name iphone7 skini) from robobull, lucknow branch which was in saharaganj mall that time..
The actual cost of that item is just ₹100/- (Mentioned at the back of the item) but they charged ₹1, 700/-
Extra ₹1, 600/- is charged for there services which is the life time service from robobull regarding that specific product..
All went good but when i was gone to the outlet which was in saharaganj next month i found no counter of robobull there.. After call to customer care i got to know that the company packed up from lucknow for permanent..
Now my point is what about my that ₹1, 600/- which i paid in beginning.
When i said this all to the customer care no. A lady name miss. Shruti said that “sir ap online order kar lo jiske liye ap ko extra 100/- delivery charge dene honge aur ap apne aap ya kisi local shop se lagva lena”
And she also suggested me to take a visit to there other city outlets like delhi..
My question is when i purchased the product from lucknow than why should i go to delhi or some other city each time just for changing a normal cover of my phone..
I am having the original bill, warranty & service card and old skini.
Also i have screenshot of mails, messages which i sended to robobull & screenshot of there auto generated reply which i only got from that side by saying that “our team member will call you shortly “ thats it, but after a week also i didn’t received any reply from other end..
I want my money back as soon as possible and the compensation for mentally tortured...
And a strict action against the robobull company..

I used many phones and used multiple screen protectors for it but I never faced such issues of touch. Now this guy tries to explain me a different story of how it works then he took off the screen protector and asked for a new one from his colleague but then he installed the same one and asked me to check. It was working fine but as I came back home it stopped working and started making noise and within a fraction of second the tempered glass screen protector was on the ground and shattered.
And my 2k wasted, now money is not coming back and my phone is unprotected.
