Rocket Sounds — Boat air pods

Hi,
I have purchased a Boat Airdopes 281 pro through a Facebook ad posted by company name Rocket Sound on 10th Feb, 2020 by making a payment of Rs.205 through payu . I got a payment confirmation mail from payu in which merchant name was written MEETKUMAR BHARATBHAI RAMANI with Transaction Id.

But till today i have not received any confirmation from their side neither i have received my order
