Rockethub — Refund money

I could not open rockethub link for almost a week. Please finish the updation process asap or refund the money.. I have joined here only on july 5th i did not even earn more than 10 dollars and did not get a single rupee from this company so please do the needful to everyone whoever joined here with the hope of earning money
