On 29th September 2023, I signed up for Rohini Mudra’s program/workshop XtraOrdinary Speakers Academy Masterclass and paid a fee of approx 55000 INR. While the initial content provided was basic, the main reason I opted for this program was the promised access to her team's support.
However, to my disappointment, this support has been entirely absent. I have attempted to contact her team via various channels, including email, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp messages, regarding the additional event scheduled for March in Goa. This event, for which I paid an additional 33, 000 of INR, was supposedly postponed due to a rise in Covid cases.
However, it came to my attention that Goa was functioning normally during the scheduled timeframe. Despite this, there has been no communication regarding a rescheduled date or any updates on the event.
Furthermore, my attempts to reach her team for clarification have been completely ignored. My messages on all platforms – email, Instagram, and WhatsApp – have gone unanswered. This complete lack of communication and responsiveness is not only unprofessional but also raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of her services.
Given the circumstances, I request the following:
* A full refund for the additional event fee of 33, 000 (22nd Oct)paid for the Goa event.
* A clear explanation for the lack of support and communication from your team.
I am forced to file a complaint with the consumer protection authorities and sharing my experience with online review platforms.
I trust that the authorities will take this matter seriously and address my concerns promptly.
