Rohit — Dirty Water with Smell

Respected sir/madam

I am one of the resident of G Block Mansarovar Garden which comes under West Delhi near Kirti nagar. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. This problem occur every now and then and no one is taking action on this issue. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.
We hope that someone will address this issue and take some strict action in this matter.
