Hello FedEx officials
This is regarding a package which is sent on November 2021. The package still at Bangalore FedEx clearence department. At first Ashwini Mathew reach us for the value of the product. I am trying to reach him but he don't respond. I have provided all the documents. He still doesn't want to response. I asked customer representative to send the package back to orginal location. They have created so many case ID's. Still there is no response from Bangalore FedEx location. Not sure if higher officials has been notified of this type of attitude. Not sure what they are going to gain of stopping from the package is being delivered.

If the customers faces this type of issues frequently, people will lost trust and faith on FedEx service. I have see several complaints on Ashwini Mathew not sure why FedEx regional offices is not taking action on this type of behavior.
