Rolex Rings — IPO Refund not received

I applied for Rolex ring ipo from zerodha i didn't get my refund till now.

I applied for Rolex ring iop through GROWW app. I didn't get refund my amount 14400.
When I'll get my refund.

I applied by FFYERS... still not get refund

1 LOT refund not done... Where to complain ??

I had applied for ROLEX Rings IPO but I have not received the refund . I checked that I've not been allotted any shares . Till this time the amount of Rs 14400 is not unblocked. Please check the status and revert.

I have applied for an ipo of Rolex rings on 30th July and not allotted any share.As per the ipo rule refund should be in my account by 6th but it's 18th and I haven't received any refund.

I have filed complaint in asba of my bank, demat authority and Rolex compliance.but received any response.

I have applied for Rolex rings IPO till date my refund is not credited, i also check with my bank ICICI they don't have any freeze amount. i raised ticked to rolex rings compilance they asked me for details of my application, PAN, BANK i provided all but still no reply from them.
How can i get my money back ?
