On 26th January 2016 I have tried to make a hotel booking in make my trip webpage the hotel name is Turtle on the beach at Kovalam for 7th February 2016. But the message alert come as this was failed but an amount of Rs, 15826/- has been transferred from our account through net banking mode.
As usual we waited for refund from Make my trip but till day not received this payment back to our account. Therefore we called their customer care and they asked us to produce bank statement to their email id. And we sent our bank statement. They only sent a request ID No.[protected] and nothing happened so far. Was this information helpful? | 
In reference to your complaint, we have validated this case at our end and found that on 26-Jan-16 multiple bookings were made from the same account. Against the transaction of Inr 15826/- a confirm flight booking was made for two passengers and both the passengers have utilized this booking. Please find below the booking details :
