Round Sms — Failed to Deliver services

I bought a package of marketing messages from Round SMS team. I tried sending the sending the messages for my marketing campaingn but none of those messages were delivered, when I raised the issue with the support they again and again to their self made report which showed that the messages had been delivered, which were not because I had placed a couple of my own numbers in the marketing list to check, those numbers did not received any message. They kept lying about it and refused to provide any refund or credit back unsent messages to my account. I had a huge loss in sales beacause of this.
