Respected sir,

1. Please refer to my complaint dated 24 feb 2010.

2. Royal academy for technical education, bangalore gave
"fraud comment" in yours form of comments on 22 feb 2010 on all india council for technical education, new delhi that i have received nominal amount from the academy. Till date the fees refund with penality for retain the fees for more than one and half year, has not yet...
