At Bangalore Kempegowda international airpot, we had booked for concierge services for international travelers. (Confirmation No: 1843941). The service was to receive 7 passengers, assist with any bags, escrot through immigration and customs.
As per service standards, 3 staff members were expected to attend the aerobridge, and 4 porters to carry bags if they were required. The overall cost of service was $1100 CAD (Rs 1, 18, 000)
In realty, we only had one person in a uniform standing with a paper sign that said “Marsiglia”. That person could not speak English and I had to communicate with him in broken Hindi. He had no training in service etiquette what so ever. For a person tostand with us for 30 mins, the cost seems extremely inappropriate. Was this information helpful? |
