We were offered a Tour Package program by Royal Hilton Club Private Limited. They asked for 45000/- rupees which they deducted from my credit card instantly. After taking this, these people are abscond and not responding anywhere. We are very disappointed with your poor service by the customer care, almost 01 year gone, but till date, we do not receive any response. Now we can't patience more, now you don't bother sending us any details thereof, . At the time of joining, your employee. Miss Madhu (Manager) Sales Executive Mr. Avinash and Accountant Mr. Ashu), they all are not receiving calls.
According to your commitment, now we can't trust you, we are requested to you please refund our amount RS: 45000/- ASAP. otherwise, We will stick action against your Royal Hilton Club. we cannot give you more time for the same. to refund our payment, we are sending the details of our bank account, we hope that you will return the money to us as soon as possible.
