Royal motor driving school

I and my 2 friends registered for car learning and licence at above school. At an agreed value of rs. 5200. We made it very clear before joining that even the fees which are required to be paid to government will be included in this amount. Now he is not agreeing to the terms and is demanding extra rs. 780 in the form of (Learning-350, permanent - 250 and 180 for gst)... Gst was launched way back on july 1, so he should have known the amount of gst to be paid.
Also the days agreed for training was 23 days to which he is saying that slots are not available. And only 20 days is getting completed. Kindly look into it.
