Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I Naveen took the policy (Royal Sundaram- GL[protected] on 17/03/2013 where in the company told me that they will be covering all the disease. For anyhow I took my mother to hospital and the doctor asked to admit her immediately for her unstable health condition. Since the situation of my mother was serious I had to follow the doctor's prescription. Through which I demanded the reimbursement for the hospital bills.
However, your medical officer has denied the reimbursement form stating that company do not cover such disease. I do not know why they (royal Sundaram) said like that . The problem my mother faced was the first time and she never had any such disease earlier. I never taken any reimbursement from the company before. Its been a month I sent them all the bills and approval from the hospital where my mother was admitted but I haven't received any response from them.
Kindly look into the matter as the top priority and do the needful action.
I will be highly obliged for your help.
