I buy 10/10/2015 online cashless car insurance policy through policy bazar.com, time of purchase policybazer employe compare all policy & suggest for royal sundram because they provide cashless claim in your city & tie up with maruti suzuki authorized dealer. i buy first time online policy so i fear about frauds.
After few months suddenly my car accident since may 2016 & i call royal sundram customers care for provide me address of garage but those maruti suzuki dealer tell costumer care they doesn't claimed case less they say your policy not intimated by maruti tie up royal sundram survier not pic my phon & customer support care doesn't solve my problem after fully faidup i drop my car tara automobile maruti accident repair garage to restore my car, tara automobile body shop behavior is very good but survier of royal sundram vikas jain behavior rude & doesn't any impaithize for costumer, royal sundram survier i call for estimate the claim of total loss of my car. survier phone number[protected]. after few week they were repair my car & i am cash payment provide garage, royal sundram survier prepare my claim file 26 may 2016 he say your 21500 rs your refund payment credit in your bank account but payment doesn't credit in my account. i was many times call royal sundram chandigarh office no +[protected] he tells me your refund payment cheq mafe by head office when cheq reach with us then post your cheq in your address.
But today tell date 03/07/2016 not any information for my refund payment please provide me proper information when refund payment cheq make.
I suggest to people buy your car policy thous intimated by your car manufacturers brand. all online insurance company sach like policy bazar making people fool of india so please anylaize your car policy company term & conditions of cashless claim policy then nobody does not waste your money & time & people don't mantly harassment by insurance company.
I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action.
