I had ordered online Dryfruits-1)Cashews(240) 1 Kg 2)Anjeer-1 Kg-Total Amount-798/- through online mobile and paid through RazorPay/Royaliss/Surat Amount-798/- Axis Bank Debit Card on 30/10/2021.
it has been a week since I made online payment, No intimation from the Co regarding delivery nor any correspondences
Seems to be fake online site, but how come they have tied with Razor pay having dealings with major banks to authenticate the transaction to dupe the customers
Request to register a complaint against the Online Vendor and arrange to Refund the online amount to the Bank A/C from which it has been credited
Request to ban this Vendor to refrain from duping customers
