[Resolved] Royaloak Furniture — Dining set and coffee table

We have ordered marble sonet dining set and coffee table 3 weeks ago from mangalore kulloor showroom and it was to be shipped to our Bangalore residence one week ago. I kept following up and they kept saying tomorrow tomorrow and we even extended our stay in Bangalore . We have to leave tomorrow early morning and today it must be delivered at any cost. If it is not delivered cancel our order and immediately refund our payment. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jan 19, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved There was delay from the expected date of delivery which caused inconvenience, but they followed up and delivered our product. Hopefully they will improve on timely delivery.

Update: Wrong product delivered. Instead of Marble centre table CT8058, product CT 8038 has been delivered. Please exchange immediately tomorrow itself as we are cannot extend our stay. My last comment was posted thinking they have promptly done their job even if delayed but again we have been disappointed.
