i have purchase a, "combo of samsung 20000mah power bank with 6 port USB smart charger hub " from chupchaplelo.com order placed on 09/04/2016 and get it on 13/04/2016 but this power bank is not orignal i can't be able to chagre my phone even one time order id"oid338960" i am trying to connect chupchaplelo.com customer care as well as rr enterprises on given no. but these no is out of services [protected], [protected] this is duplicate product i want to return it and want back my money

Dear, sir i received your order.thats number is STL187126 and shipment number is JWH45515503..sir this order is samsung comb of mobile and 16gb memory card:samsung 16GB-GURU...but which order i receive thats not a samsung GURU IT is a chinees phone k-king..so i want return this order...
