I had ordered combo offer for samsung mobile and 16 gb memory card, and actual i received some duplicate mobile naming redfire model 1200. Which is clearly cheating. I want to raise complaint against rr enterprises.

I want my full refund for this product.

Parcel is packed its not opened, so i want full refund for this product.

You can reach out me at [protected]@gmail.com. as per screen shot it has promised it will be Samsung mobile actually its duplicate so i dont want any fail promises and want my full refund. Actually i can file case for fraud.
