Rrb Challan — Wrong challan number

I went vidhadhar nagar branch on 22 jan 2016. For deposit the challan of rrb vacancy. They deposited my challan. But when i actived my account on rrb vacany website. That time they show money not received by sbi. I went again in vidhardhar nagar branch. And meet dy. Manager but they told me go to cashier. I asked from cashier . The cashier told me money deposited. Now i don't know who is wrong.From this problem i did not fill my form. Help me sir
